Individual Service Options
CONSULTATION
Consultation provides professional guidance for:
- curriculum suggestions, teaching strategies, the learning environment, at-home activities, modifications to curriculum, etc.

- Parents may also connect the Educational Support Provider (ESP) with therapists and others for collaborative planning and support.
REPORTS & PORTFOLIO
- Quarterly/Annual progress reports can include:
- - areas of development (subjects), grades, student progress, attendance & organized samples of school work.
- Benefits of thorough record keeping include:
- - data for other service providers such as occupational and speech therapy, and ABA, - information for future schools the student may attend
- - prepares the student for end-of-year evaluation and for potential state audits
INDIVIDUALIZED LEARNING
Learning goals are specifically created for the unique needs of individual students.
- Suggested areas of development and learning (subjects):
- - Independent Functioning (Life Skills)
- - Social Skills/Emotional Development
- - Mathematics
- - Language Arts/Literature
- - Science/Social Studies/History
ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION
The Educational Support Provider can administer a variety of assessments to determine student knowledge or skill level.
- Some forms of assessment include:
- - observation, exam, portfolio review, project, progress report, & interview/discussion
- The ESP can either administer or recommend an end-of-year evaluation process that will meet state requirements for moving on to the next grade-level.
INDIVIDUALIZED PLANS
Personalized learning activities and curriculum are based on the individual goals of each student and family.
- - Monthly, weekly, or daily lesson plans are designed to meet the individual students needs
- - includes a checklist list of assignments as well as hard copies of materials, all organized for easy parent access and implementation
- - Access to a trained ESE teacher gives parents support when implementing their homeschool activities and curriculum.
*In our exclusive homeschool support program, all services are combined into a package that guides parents throughout the entire school year. The program includes:
- Initial Evaluation (new students only)
- Lesson Plans (monthly binder including checklists and activities)
- Regular Reports (attendance/grades and progress reports/report cards)
- Consultation (quarterly meetings to discuss progress and provide support)
- Annual Evaluation (for state reporting)
